I’m Alessia Sersanti — an Italian-born artist based in Kirkland, Washington, working across painting, sound, and motion.

My artistic foundation began in Rome, where I painted alongside my mother, a local artist in the 1970s. I later studied Art History and Renaissance painting techniques in Rome and Florence — classical training that continues to shape the depth, structure, and intentionality of my work today.

Rooted in fine art, my practice explores the dialogue between nature, the cosmos, and the unseen landscapes of human thought. Through layered textures, luminous color, and expressive form, I create works that feel both grounded and expansive.

In recent years, some paintings have begun evolving beyond the canvas — unfolding into sound and immersive visual experiences — extending the same emotional atmosphere into new dimensions.

My work is held in private collections across Europe and North America.

I hope each piece brings presence, depth, and quiet power into the spaces it inhabits.
