Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Here are the details of our policy. If you have any questions, please contact us before making a purchase at studio@alessiasersanti.com.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?  

All sales of original artworks and prints are final. If you receive a damaged item, please email photos of the damaged product and the original packaging to studio@alessiasersanti.com within 10 days of receipt, and we will address the issue. Make sure to review the description and size charts carefully before placing your order. Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Can I cancel my order or exchange my print?  

All orders and sales are final. Since each print is made to order, we cannot process exchanges or cancellations. Please carefully review the product description and sizes before ordering.

What if my print arrives damaged?  

Inspect your order upon receipt. If your print is damaged or incorrect, please email studio@alessiasersanti.com with your name, order number, and photos of the issue, and we will assist you.

What if my order shows as delivered but I haven’t received it?  

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, first check with the courier and local postal service using the tracking number from your shipping notification. Your package may be awaiting pickup at your nearest post office. If you still can’t locate it, contact us at studio@alessiasersanti.com to explore further options.
